Neemb | A complete redesign of the Neemb Planer experience (Alpha Version)
When I joined Neemb, there were a number of apparent challenges. At this point, I joined the product manager and helped him complete several in-depth interviews.
Issues:
The need to scale a process with a larger organization
Despite good b2b sales, churn rate was 71.5%
Neemb had a Net Promoter Score of -30
The executives realized that some major changes to the existing product were in order. I then figured out which course to take and was given a set-in-stone timeline of 5 months from scratch state to ALPHA release. There were a number of technical and logistical challenges to address.
Issues:
A new component library and design system were needed to work on top of our React framework Neemb | Amrita Design System
Due to the number of bugs and usability issues, we decided to start over from scratch.
When I joined the project there was already a ton of user feedback in the form of various docs, notates, in-depth interviews, recorded Zoom meetings, as well as a lot of feedback who worked with the customers everyday.
